“Everything was good... kindly keep the water heater switch on. Morning I wasn't able to use heater.”

The room was spotless and comfy, and the spot in the city was great; the staff were friendly and easy to reach, and the Wi‑Fi was solid. On the downside, the bathroom was attached outside the room, so there was no sink inside; I had to leave the room each time I needed to wash my hands, and I had to ask the staff to flip the main water‑heater switch whenever I wanted hot water.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's atmosphere, which was beautifully designed. However, my experience was marred by the subpar room facilities, including a non-functional intercom system that was overpriced. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and the heater didn't work properly every time I tried to use it. Despite these issues, the hotel's ambiance still managed to shine through.
