Terrazza Annunziata

The room was spotless, and the huge terrace right in the old town was amazing. It was the best starting point for exploring Naples over several days.

The facilities were incredible, super comfortable! The terrace was amazing, and the bathroom was beautiful with an excellent shower. The owners were super! Always attentive and kind for any question. I would choose them again.

Ciro gave a warm welcome at check‑in. We never saw anyone clean the room during the three days we stayed; we didn’t see anyone at all and only received a message to leave the keys at the desk when we checked out.

The hosts were kind and very helpful! Accommodations were clean and comfy and the location is close to a lot of great spots. It was also quiet despite being close to Spaccanapoli. The terrace was also a really nice touch! Air conditioning and wifi worked great and there were snacks available for breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like is that the room listed a sofa bed but it was not really something an adult can sleep on as it was quite small and didn’t hold a flat surface. We were comfortable to share the queen bed so it wasn’t really an issue for us but worth considering. Everything else was great!
