Perfect location, spacious room, everything was very good. The windows were a bit old and let in too much noise. No air conditioning.

Cleanliness and location. Everything was virtual; we had no contact with anyone at reception during five days.

The building itself is fine, yet the hotel houses a restaurant and two bars that open onto a patio terrace visible from the rooms, where music, chatter, laughter and arguments run from 12 pm to 11 pm, resulting in terrible soundproofing for a modern hotel of this class. Cockroaches were present, and the customer service was non‑existent; after I reported everything, they told me a forgotten item wouldn’t be sent back, not even with cash on delivery.
