No one cleaned my room while I was there; when I asked the front desk about the kitchen facilities, the staff suggested I speak to the kitchen manager, which felt like a very vague answer.

The hotel faces the river, so it’s close to the city center, but when I booked a junior suite I expected a river view, especially since that was mentioned in the booking, yet I ended up with a view of the city and the hotel parking; the rooms clearly need renovation, though the lobby is modern and stylish, the breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is very good.
