The staff were pleasant, but on the second floor I could hear a dog barking.

The bed was good, but staying next to people with a dog was unpleasant; animals should be on a separate floor. I left my charger, called the hotel to retrieve it, and the housekeepers kept it—so you can’t trust them. Breakfast had nothing to drink, which was disappointing.

Breakfast was great—everything was hot and fresh. When we first entered our room there was a pleasant fragrance, but further in it smelled kind of mildewy, like old used wet rags; it seemed they needed to use a fresh rag when cleaning.
