Convenience was there, but the shower didn’t work, I was double‑charged, and the advertised free breakfast wasn’t actually included.

“Chaos and comfort.”

The room was clean and met my expectations, but the elevator was broken and the room phone never worked; staff called me three times asking if I’d changed rooms (which I hadn’t) and even came to my door to check, so they need to cut down on unnecessary calls and visits.

“Liked the accommodations, but didn’t like the night clerk’s attitude.”

We arrived after a nearly twelve‑hour drive, still in shorts and t‑shirts, and the front desk staff made us feel like we should have stayed somewhere cheaper. A young man, sharply dressed, gave us that impression, while another similarly dressed colleague checked us in with genuine courtesy. By the next morning the same desk staff had changed, becoming friendly and helpful.

“Deliciosos para descansar.”

The beds and pillows were basic, but the bathroom and shower were excellent and everything was spotless; I’m not a fan of the bathtubs, otherwise everything was great. There was no breakfast, no food, and no room service.
