Pousada Golden Hills

I loved the experience at Pousada Golden Hills. I will definitely return to Gramado/Canela and stay at the Pousada.

“Ótimo custo benefício”

I arrived about an hour early and the staff were polite and helpful, letting me check in ahead of time. The suite was roomy, the bed was comfy, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was spectacular, and the location is just a 5‑minute drive from Canela and 10 minutes from Gramado, set in a very quiet residential area.

“BOM ATENDIMENTO E CAFÉ!”

We were greeted warmly at the inn, and the breakfast was delicious, showing real care and dedication in its preparation. However, our room, number 3, seemed to have been closed for many days, leaving dust on the bedside tables and on the floor. We also spotted mold on the bed box, the lamp canopy, and some wall sections, which made us wonder why such a beautiful place felt a bit “lax.” Aside from that, the experience was good, the setting was calm in a leafy neighborhood and close to the city center as we wanted.

“Ótima pousada próxima a Gramado e do Parque do Caracol.”

We were welcomed warmly upon arrival and treated well throughout our stay. The inn provides a decent breakfast with many options. It’s situated in a more secluded part of town, away from city noise and bustle, which brings extra tranquility. I can’t recall anything I didn’t like or that bothered me during the stay.

The location is superb, surrounded by nature near the Caracol Park, and the breakfast offers a good variety. The curtains, though, were moldy.
