“Great stay, would book again!”

The front desk staff throughout the weekend were wonderful and totally exceeded expectations!

We arrived at 2 pm, were told to return after 3, came back at 4, and the room was still not ready. The room was bare, with no mirror or artwork on the walls. There was no fire suppression system, and the smoke detector was lying on top of the coat rack with no battery. The hairdryer in the bathroom looked like it had been used as a hammer. Overall, the room was in a sad shape.

“It was just a place to sleep. And that’s all it was good for.”

The location was fine for where we needed to be. We had problems with the water, no coffee as advertised, and the rugs were very dirty and the rooms felt outdated.

“Met our expectations.”

Riding the Empire State Trail with friends, we stopped in Rhinebeck for a night and the staff were very pleasant and helpful, even giving spot‑on dinner recommendations. The facilities feel tired and rundown, but for the price we paid, I can’t complain too much.
