Arena Apart - Hotel

“Загалом все сподобалось! Можу від себе рекомендувати!!!”

The room was clean, spacious, and the little restaurant served delicious food. The pool was warm, and overall I only have positive memories—thanks to the friendly staff! Occasionally there were water supply interruptions.

The staff were wonderful, especially the waiters who were professional, quick, and cheerful. Breakfast dishes were tasty and hot, so we weren’t hungry for long, and the coffee was great. We checked out early, and they gave us breakfast to take with us—thanks! It’s nice that the hotel offers a 20 % discount on the spa if you book a full day; I recommend it. I liked that there was a private water station so we didn’t have to pay an extra 100 UAH per person per day. The shower by the pool didn’t work, and I wish there was a way to rinse off completely; it stayed non‑functional for the whole week. The elevator was out of order the entire time we were there, which was a problem for older guests and those with small children. Several times water disappeared from taps and showers at various times of day, not just in our room but also in others.

Staying at the hotel left only positive impressions: a clean, comfortable room with all amenities, timely towel changes, and housekeeping; a friendly, young staff; perfect location; tasty breakfasts; and a warm pool. I recommend it!

I was happy with everything except the lack of a small fridge in my room.
