Amaris Hotel Samarinda

“Sebagai saran dan masukan agar kedepannya amaris hotel tambah sukses”

The staff were really friendly and the breakfast menu had plenty of options, which was great. One thing that might make a big difference is if they could get the AC working better - a cool room can make all the difference in feeling comfortable and relaxed.

The location was great, but I had some issues with the air conditioning - it didn't seem to be working properly during my stay. Being centrally located is definitely a plus, but a functioning AC is a must, especially during warmer months. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.

“Menyenangkan, bisa istirahat dengan baik”

I was able to get a good night's sleep, which was great, but I did find it a bit inconvenient that I had to go to a dispenser outside my room to get a drink of water. Still, the room itself was comfortable, so that made up for it a bit.

The breakfast spread was really nice, with lots of options to choose from - that was definitely a highlight. However, I did notice a couple of issues with the room, like the bathroom blower not working great and the window curtains being a bit wonky.
