Hotelzimmer in Düsseldorf 16 Hotel Heidelberger Hof

I had no soap in my room to wash, so had to go to a local supermarket. There was an issues gaining access into the building as a confusion with another guest with our keys. I could not reach to number which was provided to understand if I was in the correct room. Fortunately I was only here for two nights for a show, so I did make do

I was really disappointed to find that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while, which put a damper on my stay. However, I have to say that the overall environment was quite dirty, which was a bit of a shock. Despite the cleanliness issues, I still appreciated the hotel's atmosphere.

“Ausstattung gut, Management schlecht”

Our arrival at this establishment was quite a fiasco - we were left standing at the door with no one to let us in, only to discover that a code was required to access the premises. Unfortunately, we hadn't been provided with this crucial information, and no one answered our phone calls for assistance. A fellow guest came to our rescue with a phone number, but the code we obtained didn't work, and it took the housekeeper's master key to finally gain entry.

Like: quiet Dislike: No soap, no showergel, hardly any toiletpaper, dusty, black mold inside window. A house with muliple occupents and not a hotel
