The restaurant, elevator, guarded parking, all enclosed by a fence. The hotel was in the middle of the Medziaborcy. I wasn’t told when ordering that on Monday the sauna and pool area wouldn’t work because they have a sanitation day. I received the message a minute after midnight, too late to cancel the reservation without cost, meaning you could cancel but at half price. The building is behind the fence.

The standard was great. Rooms and bathrooms were very nice, sterile clean, comfortable beds, room air‑conditioning, good Wi‑Fi, and a TV with many channels. The downstairs restaurant hosts themed evenings; we caught an Italian night. The pool is included but the sauna and wellness are no longer included. The sauna and relax area in the special zone cost an extra 10 € per person for the whole day. Breakfast was very good and varied. The stay was fantastic. Service was top‑level. I recommend it to everyone and we will definitely return. The separate building with the pool and wellness zone is within the hotel parking area but you have to step outside and walk into the hotel building. The pool is included but the saunas (3 to choose from) and relax zone require an additional 10 € per person per day. Construction work is ongoing in the pool building, though fairly discreet and not at all disturbing.
