The place is quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. I got lost trying to find the entrance, and I stayed on the third floor where the two adjacent rooms had their doors open and were empty, making the space feel a bit chilly. I think it would have been better if the doors were closed.

The owners market the place as an experiential stay, and it lived up to that promise. It feels a bit bohemian and slightly worn, yet it’s clean and comfortable—ideal if you’re not looking for luxury. If you’re after a 5‑star experience, you’ll want to pick somewhere else.

The location is good and very quiet. The bed linen is clean and the bed is pleasant. The art is lovely. The staircase ceiling needs attention, and the shared shower and toilet might have been missed by me. The toilet needs cleaning. A text message can clarify how you’d like the key returned.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect after a theatre visit, but the accommodation felt a bit tired and the toilet and laundry were only a single spot down the hallway.
