I’d recommend this hotel; the owner gave us a nice, spacious, clean room, but on check‑in we were handed a room with dirty bed linens. It seems some rooms still have dirty linens.

“Très décevant je ne conseille pas”

The location was the only bright spot. We had two rooms: the first faced a wall, the second faced the main street with a small balcony. Breakfast was simple but decent. The AC didn’t work, the bathroom was a bit old‑fashioned, and there were no welcome products as promised. Cleanliness was lacking, the front desk was unfriendly, and we felt like a nuisance. It was very, very expensive compared to other hotels in Sa Pa or Ha Long that offer better quality, more services, and much lower rates.

“Nice comfortable hotel that O would return to”

Everything was fine; I’d recommend staying here, especially since it’s just a 5‑minute cheap taxi ride from the busy tourist area. No complaints.

Everything at this hotel was perfect; the owner went above and beyond for her guests. Nothing to complain about.

I didn't like anything. I only lowered my rating because the service was awful. After Bảo Lạc, finding a hotel is fine, but here there are many hotels not listed on the app. I didn't need to book through Booking; it was my first time here and I was worried about finding a place, so I used Booking and only found two hotels. It was very unpleasant when I arrived: guests weren't greeted or guided, so everyone had to ask around and find their own way. The facilities are old. I booked and paid on arrival, but the staff demanded a 50% deposit upfront. I was okay with transferring the deposit, but the staff didn't proactively respond; I had to inbox them the next day for a reply.
