Akagera Park Inn

We absolutely loved our stay at Akagera – Maurice and the team went above and beyond, they were wonderful hosts, the rooms offered the most amazing views, the food was fantastic, and the pool was a beautiful treat; we loved everything and will return.

“Tres bien”

The staff were welcoming, the value for money was good, and the location was very convenient for visiting Akagera, but the room equipment left something to be desired.

“Kalm en comfort”

The spot right next to the park was spot on. The reception was great and the food tasted good. Thanks again to Jean de Dieu for welcoming us and making our stay comfy. The pool was a big plus. In our room, however, we had no hot water.

“Je recommande”

The staff were adorable. The location was quiet and nice. The little pool was much appreciated. The terrace in front of our rooms was pretty. Everything was perfect.

“Finally a midrange place with GOOD food!”

The lodge was lovely, recently refurbished, with a new pool and sunbeds. The furniture is less rustic than elsewhere and really comfy, plus a good mattress and clean linen. We liked everything, all spotless and at a fantastic price. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Another plus: it’s really close to the park entrance. And the food is great and on time!!! Bye bye Rhino Lodge… we prefer Akagera Park Inn! :D
