“Agréable et calme”

The hotel’s cosy vibe, quietness, and especially the stunning view of Lake Sainte Croix made the room well‑furnished with all comforts, and the bedding and bathroom cabinet were flawless—ideal for the start of the triathlon at the Verdon halls. Having stayed there before in a different room, I didn’t enjoy hearing the church bell until 23:00 (twice an hour with a half‑hour break), which was a bit disruptive for a single night.

The location and view were good. There was no staff and the sheets were thin.

“Δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά”

The location was fine. The sheets weren’t clean, there was only half a roll of toilet paper, and one of the two coffee cups was dirty. There was no reception to request a sheet change, and no extra cover was provided.

The place works well for a short stay, and the manager was available and welcoming.

“je ne suis même pas rester dormir, ça résume mon impression.”

Only the view mattered. The soundproofing, the smell, the bathroom, the cleanliness, the reception’s response when I said it didn’t suit me, and the room compared to the photos offered by the hotel were all unacceptable.
