The location is excellent, close to shopping malls and restaurants, and the small size keeps it from being noisy or crowded. Friendly staff offered personal service, the room was clean and the AC worked well. Hot water in the shower was a relief, and the Wi‑Fi was solid. They even provided a chair and a small table in the room. The breakfast, however, was basic and traditional; a few fruits would have made it better.

The place was spotless and surprisingly roomy, and the staff were friendly. Location was spot on, close to everything. The only downside was that there weren't many facilities on site.

Karen made the stay feel like a hangout with a new friend—she's young, upbeat, and really attentive. The room was tidy and the spot is right near all the main attractions. I couldn't think of any complaints.

I ended up not staying because the air conditioner was broken and there was an awful noise coming from the front, plus the towels were damp.

Karen's service was the highlight; she was attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a bit of noise during the night that kept me awake.
