I had a great time at Hotel Bonina! The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful, especially Luana who delivered excellent service and warmth. A suggestion would be to have lighter TV programming during breakfast, avoiding police news and death reports—listening to so many tragedies while having coffee is unpleasant. Overall, I recommend the hotel for its quality service and welcoming team.

Location and breakfast are positives. The stay is extremely uncomfortable.

New rooms, well cared for and clean. Breakfast is good. I think the whole set makes the value proposition very interesting.
