The location, the staff, everything was perfect.

The location was good. I asked for a city view, paid for it, but didn’t get it. The window was stuck against a wall with a lot of clutter visible, which made me very uncomfortable; I asked to change rooms, but they bluntly said no.

The hotel’s location is central and very convenient for transport. There was no space for breakfast, which was served in the room, and the rooms were not very spacious.

The bed was comfortable and the location was fine. The room itself was tiny, a cramped attic space with a ridiculous wardrobe that was practically unusable unless you’re about 130 cm tall, not to mention the fridge that can only be used at a 90° angle. Cleanliness was poor, and after five days the sheets never changed. That’s unacceptable for a hotel that claims four stars.

The location and the staff’s attitude were excellent. The breakfast in the room was disappointing due to a lack of variety.
