Breakfast was great, and I liked that it was an open area where everyone could sit together; all of my family members could sit with each other. Nothing was lacking; the food was good and the wait staff was helpful and right there if you needed anything.

The location was easy to find. We arrived early and was allowed to check in. Once we got to our room we noticed our reservation request for 2 queen beds was not honored. We went back to the front desk after being informed the place was totally booked. Mr. Keith and Mr. Richard worked really hard to help accommodate us. We ended up getting a nice upgrade which worked out so well. The room was amazing. Very clean and cozy. I'm truly grateful for both guys making our short stay a memorable one. We enjoyed the concert and was able to get some rest. I didn't like the fact that my request for 2 queen beds was changed when bookong.com submitted the information. Mr. Keith stated the information received didn't match what I had. In the future please be sure to only provide what the consumer is requesting or contact them before making changes. Mistakes like this could have ruined our girls trip

Our family was traveling to the area for our annual beach vacation. We like to arrive a day early and stay in the area for a night. The suite rooms here were excellent. Having the kitchen area was great as we have young children. The rooms were clean and our request for two adjoining rooms was fulfilled. We booked through a third-party site and there was an issue with the charge for the rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us resolve the issue quickly. Breakfast was very good as well. We are planning on staying here again for our trip next year!

The hotel sits in a very convenient spot, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great, the building was clean and well-maintained, and the pool and small gym were nice. The rooms are beginning to show some wear – the couch had a small gouge and one desk outlet wasn’t secured with screws – but nothing major, everything else was fine.

We’ve stayed in many hotels on our American tour, but this one has been the best so far in every way. The rooms are spacious and generous, with almost fully equipped kitchens and perfect bathrooms. The pool and fitness area looked good, though we were too short on time to use them. Especially for US standards, the breakfast and the very courteous and motivated staff deserve mention.
