The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the breakfasts were served at the nearby Intercontinental, which is close by; the room offered quiet and beautiful views of the park and river from the windows while we ate. The only downside was that the internet worked poorly and certain sites like YouTube and Facebook were blocked in China.

This place is definitely high-end - the service was top class, rooms were spotless and everything felt really cool. The staff were super helpful when I checked in late. Cleanliness was on point, no complaints there. Overall, it was a great experience.
