“Met pur needs for a visit to Madrid”

Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. However, getting hot water on the landing was difficult, making it hard to brew a hot drink in the room, and the shower’s water pressure was low.

The staff were amazing! The location was perfect, right on Gran Via and a metro stop a few steps away. No complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at Dear Hotel Madrid! The place sits in a prime spot, the rooftop pool offers stunning views of the city, and breakfast was superb with plenty of options to start the day nicely. The hotel’s stylish vibe and the rooftop were definite highlights, and we’d gladly return.

“Gerne wieder!”

Location: excellent! Staff: very friendly. Rooms: nicely decorated, balcony is a plus. With the window open you hear the city well, but the windows are soundproof. The roof terrace with a view over Madrid is absolutely great!

“Baja calidad”

Mi cuñada se había alojado en DEAR Hotel hace poco más de un año y había quedado encantada. Lamentablemente, esta vez la experiencia fue muy decepcionante: las dos toallas estaban rotas por los bordes, el dispensador de champú no funcionaba, el soporte del papel higiénico estaba roto y tuvimos que dejarlo en el suelo. Además, la ventana estaba sucia y no había ninguna entrada USB en la habitación. Son detalles que desmerecen mucho la categoría del hotel. Espero que esta crítica constructiva les ayude a mejorar el mantenimiento y la atención, para que no pierdan la calidad que los huéspedes esperan
