The place is well situated, clean, and the welcome was warm, though parking proved difficult.

The location is convenient, but it’s basically a room‑for‑rent: hygiene is okay, but the shower fan hasn’t been cleaned in a while so dust falls on you while you shower, the bidet is missing (unthinkable for me), the air‑conditioner is noisy, and the mattress needs replacing; it’s barely sufficient and offers nothing extra.
