This eco resort really delivered on its promise of sustainability, with thoughtful touches like solar panels and a composting program. The staff were super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping - everyone seemed genuinely invested in making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but they were spotlessly clean and had a lovely view of the surrounding gardens.

“Mountail Eco Resort Retreat - A Stay in Netarhat”

The hotel's stunning location and gorgeous rooms were definitely a highlight, but unfortunately, the management let us down big time. We had to wait an eternity - over an hour and a half - to get the wifi password after checking in, and to make matters worse, the internal room phone was basically useless. The food was a letdown too, overpriced and lacking in quality and taste.

This place really has it all - the views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking, and the hotel's proximity to the national park is a major plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, although it was a bit on the small side. The real star of the show, though, is the scenery - waking up to the sound of birdsong and looking out at the stunning vistas was a real treat.
