Olympic View Inn

“Great for an overnight on the peninsula.”

Conveniently located near the Olympics and Sequim restaurants, this place is a no-frills motel; it’s pricey for what it offers, yet during peak tourist season the room rate was still cheaper than other options we looked at. The room was quiet and comfortable, though it didn’t have an Olympic view as had been promised.

The room was clean, on the ground floor with easy access, and parking was close by. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and everything in the room worked. The only real annoyance was the stale cigarette smell, plus a burn mark in the shower—this was a “non-smoking” room, so it must have come from previous years, but I couldn’t stand the odor and had to open the window whenever possible.
