I had a very pleasant stay at this quiet, clean, and well‑located hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. It’s perfect for relaxing and exploring Sevan and the surrounding area. I definitely recommend it.

This was my second summer stay here, and the upgrade really made a difference – the bedrooms have been completely redone and now come with brand‑new furniture. Everything else felt just as good as before, so I left feeling completely satisfied.

The place is a two‑bedroom flat with a roomy living area, decent kitchen and bathroom. The beds and sofa feel comfy, and having a table and chairs in the lounge is a nice touch. The hosts are friendly and helpful. On the downside, the kitchenware is cheap and worn out – cups, utensils, pots and pans are all in bad shape and should be replaced. Also, a small parapet around the shower would stop the floor from flooding. Fix those two things and it would be a perfect 10.

The host didn’t speak either English or French, but his daughter stepped in to chat a bit in English and his sister handled the French perfectly, which I really appreciated. He was also quick to check if we needed anything, and the public beach is about a 20‑minute walk away, now reachable via a new pedestrian bridge over the highway. The downside was the car‑wash noise that droned on from around 8:30 am until after 9 pm, though it wasn’t constant and the staff were friendly.
