Everything was very bad; nothing was good, and all aspects were terrible.

The accommodation above Modrá is quiet and the distance to everything important is only 10 minutes. The spacious garden feels like a place designed for relaxation with a book, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very welcoming and resolved any issue immediately. We will definitely return.

“Má to väčší potenciál”

The parking on the property, the air‑conditioning, the terrace with seating, the large garden, and the pool are all positives, and the interior is very tastefully decorated. However, the garden furniture is neglected, with a rattan chair that has a huge hole and other similar issues. Cleanliness is poor: the freezer is dirty, the sink is clogged, there is dust, and the drawers are messy. The door locking system is problematic, as we were informed during the check‑in. Ants were a major problem even though we kept windows and doors shut to avoid insects; at night the entire ground floor was infested, especially the bathroom where a container in a corner—probably an ant repellent—was empty. Unfortunately, the ants eventually crawled up to the bed, which was very unpleasant.

A nice and cozy environment. The large plot evokes a Greek atmosphere.
