The managers are very kind and helpful. The setting is quiet and distinctive, surrounded by greenery. Because it's rural, there are many animals—dogs, ducks, chickens, etc. If that bothers anyone, think carefully; otherwise, enjoy the immersive experience.

“Un viaggio a contatto con la natura”
A location outside the city, surrounded by nature, with friendly and available owners, and the premises are clean and well maintained for a rural area. Nearby places to visit include the medieval towns of Umbertide and Montone, which are very evocative, and from here we also went to Gubbio and Assisi. The lack of air conditioning at night required keeping the windows slightly open; a bit of cool air would come in, but those days were hot everywhere. The air conditioning was turned on at 9 am and stayed on until the evening.
The property is set in green surroundings with two large rooms and a lovely garden with a pool, conveniently located in Umbertide and close to all other local attractions. The owner is very accommodating—thanks!
