The scenery was perfect, the facilities excellent, and the service amazing, but there were some insects inside the nest, no lighting inside, and the pool drains pull water strongly so you can get pulled in if you’re careless.

Everything was great, the staff were very polite and attentive, and the view was beautiful. The route to get there wasn’t very good and it was very far from the main entrance.

I want to thank Hotel Carigua for the wonderful experience we had. From the moment we arrived they made us feel at home. The service was excellent, the staff were always attentive to every detail with great kindness and willingness. The food was delicious, the facilities are beautiful and provide a perfect environment to rest and enjoy. Without a doubt, it is a place I would recommend with my eyes closed. Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable memory! We’ll be back very soon! 🌿🏨✨ I only stayed a few days; I wanted to stay another week 🤣🤣

The concept is lovely, the service quality is exceptional, the food is delicious, we loved the place, very family‑friendly and comfortable. It’s a bit far from the main road, but that’s not a problem and there are no annoying noises, it’s very quiet.
