I appreciate the free laundry, the courteous staff, the spotless rooms, and the comfy bed—definitely staying with this chain again next time I’m in China. Keep up the good work.

The staff were genuinely helpful and went out of their way to assist, but I wasn’t thrilled with the location; I expected it to be on a main road.
