Las habitaciones son lindas. La ubicación excelente. La atención del personal fue excelente, tuve una emergencia médica y Abdias nos ayudó a conseguirla. Que limpiaran la habitación (previo pedir el permiso correspondiente) de igual forma, me gustó que todo muy ordenado. Debieran avisar que tienen a la venta gaseosas y agua pura. Eso facilitaría el no salir a comprar

The person handling the WhatsApp or Booking notifications should speak more clearly, and if the guest seems confused, the manager must insist on explaining the reservation details until everything is crystal‑clear to avoid any issues.
