The staff’s behaviour was very good 👍😊. Nothing else.

The room was good and the location was good; the lift is there and the staff are good. The main problem was that there was no chair in my room, so more facilities are needed.

I had a solid stay and everything went smoothly.

They never brought towels even after I called several times, the check‑in took ages, and the room was left unclean.
