“Great except for sleep”

The place was good, but dogs were barking and furniture was being moved upstairs while trying to sleep

The spot is great, right next to Assisi’s historic center, and the free parking is a bonus; the hosts were warm and the place felt cozy, plus they offered free coffee in the morning. The only downside was that the terrace light couldn’t be turned off overnight.

“Soggiorno nella tranquillità a pochi passi da Assisi”

We liked the quiet and the proximity to the city, and the outdoor area with swings and a slide for kids was a plus. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts provided a small breakfast; the tables in front of the rooms were handy. The rooms were clean and the renovation was well done. The water bottle in the rooms and the bath products, even for children, were appreciated. The value for money was excellent.

The ancient house was beautiful, cool in the summer, quiet, and everything was fairly well taken care of.

“Bel endroit au calme et accueil sympathique”

The welcome was friendly, the room was spacious in a renovated old house, and it was close to Assisi. Breakfast was self‑serve in the glass‑covered common room, and the kitchen had all the equipment to cook. The entrance was a bit hard to find; Google led us a little too far. Ask for a landmark for the entrance when booking.
