The toilet smell was awful, and the bathroom’s exhaust fan didn’t remove the unpleasant odor.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious with good side tables, and the place was quiet and peaceful. There was no heater or air‑con, so it felt cold after coming from HCM, but we adapted quickly. The shower’s hot water was adequate but limited in quantity.

The host, Minh, was very enthusiastic and welcoming.

The noise level was high and the soundproofing poor, while the service was subpar; guests were placed in a damp, musty basement area and swapping rooms required an extra fee.
