We had a wonderful stay! Rafael and Edgar delivered outstanding customer service, making us feel welcomed and always ready to help. Breakfast arrived on time, and they asked about our daily plans so we knew how to reach them if needed. Edgar encouraged my sister and me to practice Spanish with him, which was a lot of fun—LOL! He made learning enjoyable and added a personal touch. The hotel was very clean, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The garden was especially gorgeous and created a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Honestly, I didn’t have any dislikes. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’m used to—but that’s probably because I’m a little spoiled! 😊 It was still perfectly fine and didn’t take away from our wonderful stay. Everything else more than made up for it.

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and always happy to help with tips, services, and local recommendations. The room was clean and cosy, and the breakfast was delicious. When the hotel is full, you can hear people walking past the rooms early in the morning, so it is worth bringing earplugs, just in case. The room is somewhat small. Also, be aware that the hotel is about a 20–30 minute walk from the main attractions

The attention is wonderful; Rafa and Don Edgar are excellent hosts. The place feels tranquil and very organized; breakfasts are delicious. It’s close to interesting spots like finca La Azotea, a shopping mall, and the Jocotenango park. It’s also relatively close to the main park in Antigua. It doesn’t have space to accommodate clothes.
