Morra's Home

A lot. Cordiality, efficiency, cleanliness, everything perfect.

New, clean structure managed by very kind people, all nice.

The paid garage attendants were very kind. The room was dirty, lights were broken, windows were nonexistent, but there were two skylights with broken curtains hanging, and the air was unbreathable.

“Esperienza pessima: sporcizia, incuria e totale mancanza di manutenzione”

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was a disaster. We encountered serious hygiene issues and a complete lack of maintenance both in the room and in the common areas. What didn’t work: The room was dirty and neglected; overall cleanliness was entirely lacking. The room looked extremely dated, with large cracks on the walls and a generally shabby appearance. The bed linens were even torn, which is unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. Bathroom problems: The shower head was broken or completely clogged with limescale, resulting in water spraying everywhere except where it should. The shared kitchen was unusable: it was dirty and neglected, especially the sink, which was visibly soiled and not hygienically safe. We don’t expect luxury, but basic hygiene and a minimum of functional maintenance are the bare minimum. The price‑quality ratio was terrible, and the property is absolutely not recommended.

The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom felt just like home.
