The stay was good overall, and the check‑in process was smooth and straightforward. However, when I mentioned arriving a bit earlier than scheduled, the staff seemed indifferent; they didn’t offer to hold my luggage, so I had to wait for my room while carrying all my bags from Gauteng, missing a chance to explore the city.

The rooms were clean, yet the booking process was chaotic. We were forced to find alternative accommodation because the two rooms we received didn’t match what we paid for. One room only had a microwave, fridge, and bed, and the toilet lacked privacy. The TV was installed only on the third night, and the mirror was missing.
