The staff were excellent, though the hotel is a bit far from the city. We chose it because we needed to be close to Target.

The room had nice hardwood floors and ample space, but the king rooms had no bathtub and the pool was shut down.

“Hotel located in a great location, near many shopping stores and restaurants.”

Breakfast buffet was fantastic, the large gathering area was quiet, and the rooms stayed clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was close to many shops and restaurants. The pool was out of service, so my grandchildren and kids couldn’t use it even though we’d bought swimsuits; I wish the hotel had warned us beforehand. There were no safety bars near the bathroom commodes, the commode was very low, and the shower handle bar was loose and moved when touched. After housekeeping came, the floor was slippery, and I let the front desk know.

“The staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was good, the facility needs improvement.”

The spot was great, but they didn’t tell us the pool was shut for renovation when I booked, so my kids were disappointed. Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, and we were moved to another room because the air‑conditioner was broken; the door was also busted and dangerous for the kids.
