Parking, cleanliness, and the outdoor pool area were good. Breakfast could have been better. The hotel feels a bit outdated. The music in the bar is too loud and reaches the rooms easily. Room sound‑proofing, especially the door, is almost non‑existent.

Despite the negative points mentioned, overall it was a good stay and I would definitely return. The spa staff asked if my boyfriend and I were actually in the hotel when I inquired about the indoor pool, which felt rude because we had paid for that area. The bed sheet was torn.

Everything was amazing and well maintained, in perfect condition. The lift can be a bit slow and small; another one would be helpful.

We ate very well; the buffet was varied and high quality both in the morning and evening. It was delicious. The pool is large and well exposed, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from the rooftop restaurant is stunning. Parking is available.
