“Comfortable and easy stay in Hong Kong.”

I was given a free upgrade to a corner room, which turned out to be surprisingly spacious by Hong Kong standards; the room was pleasant and even had a proper desk for work. Check‑in and check‑out were both quick and easy, and the hotel let me extend check‑out by one hour for free, with a paid late check‑out option if needed. Luggage storage was convenient, including a paid option for longer storage. The staff were friendly, the location was very convenient, and overall it was a great hotel if you want an easy stay while exploring the city. I only stayed one night and didn’t notice any significant issues.

Good value for money, comfortable and clean, but they charge about HK $120 per hour for late check‑out after 11.

Very clean and tidy with a large king‑size comfortable bed; it was also very quiet with little to no outside street noise. The hotel was located very close to my office—literally a 3‑minute walk—which was great. A supermarket was across the road and it was close to the MTR (Fortress Hill or Tin Hau). All in all it suited me very well. Having stayed there for a month I did request a late check‑out. I note here that I was checking out for 4 nights but returning for another 2 nights before finally departing Hong Kong. I asked for 4 pm but the maximum they would offer is midday. Reception said I’d need to pay another full day/night (24 hours). I returned to reception later on (different staff) and we agreed to a half‑day rate, which I was more comfortable with. Sometimes it’s about the “bigger picture.” That being said I’m in Hong Kong for work quite regularly and would definitely stay there again.

“Oké”

Good location and the bed is comfortable, but a cockroach on the 9th floor in the room was a problem. The reception air‑con is cool, but the hallway feels like a sauna! The rooms are small and very old; it’s due for an upgrade.
