Clean and centrally located, but there’s no elevator yet, and the bathroom ventilation fan is broken.

The host was enthusiastic, the ground floor had a shared grocery store that could be used for shopping and added to the room bill, which was convenient; being in the center made it easy to visit many sights and eat out.
