The hotel is stunning, the welcome is excellent, the large room with a double terrace is gorgeous and the location is very peaceful. Nothing to complain about; if anything, it might feel a bit out of the way, but otherwise it’s great!

The hotel’s décor was beautiful, there were two pools, the front desk responded quickly, the rooms and public areas were spotless, and the food was excellent; we liked everything and had no complaints.

The hotel is extraordinary! It’s dazzling right at the entrance 👌. We chose this hotel to explore downtown Tulum, but it was a shame to leave because it’s so beautifully finished in every detail! Plus, there’s access to the other amazing Bardo hotel. If I had to dig deeper 😉, the Una Vida deposit should also be usable at Bardo 😊
