The neighborhood was very quiet with no issues, and it was close to my venue and the freeway.

Overall, the hotel was clean and the location was good, but the AC in my first room didn’t work, so I had to request a room change; they called it an upgrade, yet the bathtub was the only better feature and everything else felt like a downgrade.

Everything was fine until a live cockroach appeared in our room and the front‑desk guy did nothing about it or even offered a room change; I documented it with photos and videos, called back on Monday and Tuesday to speak with the manager, who refused to refund and laughed on the phone as if it were trivial. They have cockroaches and the rooms aren’t cleaned properly.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient, but the pillows weren’t comfortable and the bathroom had no ventilation.
