The place is well situated a block from Parque El Poblado, easy access and good facilities. The reception sometimes stays alone, which can be confusing, my reservation wasn’t found at first but got sorted out, and my room didn’t have a TV even though it seemed like it should.

There’s nothing here, it’s for sale. That listing should be removed from the site. I arrived at 10 pm and had to scramble to find another hotel.

Very close to Poblado. The room assigned to us didn’t have air conditioning.

La habitación era muy amplia, camas cómodas y una ubicación excelente. Lo que menos me gustó fue que no hubiera ventanas en la habitación para tener luz natural. Tuvimos un pequeño problema porque se fundieron las luces de la habitación y fue imposible solucionarlo. No obstante, el personal del alojamiento fue muy amable y nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación o usar la contigua a la nuestra que si tenía luz eléctrica. Cómo recomendación pondría un espejo más en la habitación ya que solo había uno dentro del baño
