“Ugh.”
The staff were nice, but there was no A/C and we weren’t informed until we arrived.

The place was clean, but the service left a lot to be desired.

I booked this hotel because the power had gone out, then it came back on. I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but each time the line would either be ignored or the call would be disconnected immediately.

The phone and refrigerator in my room were both non‑functional.
