I stayed at a great hotel in a city that can be tricky for western visitors; the breakfast, room‑service dinner, and café were all solid. The entrance felt a bit underwhelming, and the corridors were sweltering when I walked through.

The staff were helpful and the place was clean. The only downside was that power outages happened at night.

The spot was convenient, the room was decent, but the bathrooms and dining room left something to wish for; overall rooms were good yet the hotel lacked atmosphere.

The room was very clean and the staff extremely friendly and attentive. Because we had a late flight, we asked if we could shower briefly that evening; they even offered us a free shower room. We found that very generous and attentive. I can only recommend it! ☺️
