The rooms were massive, but there were no ice buckets and the blankets were insufficient.

“Great stay for two nights, no issues... except the added charge I received!”

Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially during the tornado warning when I was coming back from a reunion, yet I was inexplicably charged an extra fee on my account with no idea why.

“Very pricey, roomy but tired and dated furnishings and hair in the shower!”

The location was great and the beds were very comfortable, yet there was hair in the shower, the living area had stained and dated furniture, the furnishings were tired, the interstate traffic noise was loud, and the breakfast was subpar.

“Room was nice but the water thing ticked us off!!!”

The room itself was nice, but we were billed $10 for bottled water that we neither requested nor used.
