The breakfast offered a wide range of options, and the front desk staff were very helpful, arranging a taxi to the bus station quickly. However, the restaurant staff behaved unprofessionally: I ordered fish curry without spice but received a spicy version, even though we were the only guests there. The aloo paratha, which had green chili, was altered and an extra charge was applied as a “mistake.” The fish price was increased from INR 450 to INR 750 with the claim that the chef used a pricier fish. When I pointed out these errors to the staff, they responded rudely instead of apologizing, and the manager even defended the disrespectful staff.
