The location is okay—3 out of 5. The hosts are friendly. Rooms facing the road are extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep. They are very dirty. The air conditioners are covered in mold; mold is also on the windows, walls, and ceiling in the bathroom. The TV is basically just decoration—it doesn’t work and has 5 mm of dust on it. The sink’s water does not drain.

We got in late after a long trip from Ha Giang early in the morning, and they let us check in, head straight to bed, and settle the bill the next morning when we checked out.

The accommodation was fine, nothing special, but the lady running the place was very friendly. The window was open when we arrived and there were a few bugs in the room.
