The staff were very friendly, and I've never tasted such a hot coffee in a hotel before, except once it was mediocre, 😊 I’ll definitely come back next year! The carpeted floor isn’t great either.

The forest setting was lovely, but the bar waiter was unfriendly.

The staff were always friendly and helpful, answering every question politely and keeping a smile on their faces even during the busiest moments.

The parking was spacious and free, and the breakfast was very good and tasty. However, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times: the bill was issued incorrectly (even though I had handed over my business card, the wrong company address was on file), and the breakfast staff were also overworked – for example, hot tea was unavailable and I had to wait over 15 minutes for a cappuccino.
